“Metalcolor” is a visual investigation in which an everyday material becomes a territory of abstraction and light. In this series, metallic paper leaves behind its ordinary function and transforms into a living surface: a topography of folds, tensions, and traces that both captures and distorts its surroundings.

Each wrinkle in the material acts as a micro-stage for light. Refracted and fragmented, the light gives rise to forms that emerge somewhere between the sculptural and the ephemeral. What begins as a simple gesture —crumpling, folding, releasing— becomes a complex composition that reveals the unexpected beauty of chance.

The works invite slow contemplation: they are abstract mirrors in which the viewer encounters echoes of movement, vibration, and matter. The series challenges everyday perception and encourages a renewed look at what we usually overlook. “Metalcolor” uncovers the hidden poetry within the minimal, transforming a fragment of material into a visual universe in constant transformation.
